Trade Operations Executive (Logistics) - Training Provided

Our esteemed client in the Transportation/ Logistics industry is seeking a Junior Trade & Pricing Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Junior Trade & Pricing Executive
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of pricing for international services.
• Support the coordination of import/export documentation and processes.
• Help handle the required shipping and trade documentation for compliance.
• Act as a supportive liaison for communication with overseas agents and partners.
• Assist in resolving operational and pricing-related inquiries.
• Ensure all assigned tasks follow established trade regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trade operations are preferred. Inexperienced candidates with a strong academic foundation or internship experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• A basic understanding of international trade or logistics processes is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and engage in pricing and operational discussions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
