Trade Operations Executive (West/ up to $5,000)

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase and sales data entry and maintain accurate filing of sales documents
• Prepare, print, and distribute purchase and sales documentation (email/fax/print)
• Organise and prepare documents for billing processes
• Coordinate with trading staff, customers, and vendors to support daily operations
• Ensure compliance with customs requirements, import/export regulations, and legal standards
• Monitor shipment progress, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving delays or discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation
• Maintain accurate trade records and prepare periodic management reports
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the trade department

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, including Incoterms and Free Trade Agreements
• Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics coordination
• Certification in Import/Export Operations is an added advantage
• Willing to work 5.5days (Working Hours: 9:00 to 17:00 (Mon - Fri), 9:00 to 13:00 (Sat))
