Traffic Controller

Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Working Hours

Morning Shift

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. until task completion
• Sunday: Off

Afternoon Shift

• Monday to Friday: 3:30 p.m. until task completion
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: 7:30 a.m. until task completion

Rotating operational shifts based on scheduling requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily fleet operations, ensuring efficient deployment of prime movers and drivers.
• Plan and assign transport jobs, monitor job progress, and ensure timely delivery and collection of containers.
• Liaise closely with drivers, customers, port authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems and respond promptly to operational issues or delays.
• Manage and update transport-related documentation and system records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and safety requirements.
• Optimize fleet utilization and support continuous improvement of transport operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or container haulage operations.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating prime mover operations.
• Proficient in PSA Haulier Community System (HCS), Portnet, CDAS CMS, and GPS tracking systems.
• Good understanding of port operations, container movements, and transport scheduling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
