Job description：
We are seeking an experienced Transport & Logistics Manager to oversee our local transportation and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily trucking operations, ISO tank transportation, loose cargo delivManage and oversee all local transport and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

* Plan, schedule, and optimize daily trucking routes and vehicle deployment.

* Supervise the transportation of ISO tanks, loose cargo, and general freight within Singapore.

* Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and operational costs.

* Lead and manage transport planners, drivers, and logistics coordinators to achieve operational targets.

* Ensure compliance with Singapore transport regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies.

* Coordinate closely with customers, warehouse teams, and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

* Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery exceptions promptly and professionally.

* Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, fleet productivity, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.

* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

* Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.eries, fleet utilization, and ensuring efficient and safe delivery of goods across Singapore.

Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 5–6 years of experience in transport and logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

* Strong experience managing local trucking operations, including ISO tank transportation, loose cargo, and general cargo deliveries.

* Good knowledge of Singapore road transport regulations, LTA requirements, and workplace safety practices.

* Proven experience in route planning, fleet management, and driver supervision.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems (TMS) or logistics software.
