Transport Operations Manager / Fleet Operations Manager

Basic Salary: $5500 - $7000
Benefits: 16 AL + Variable Bonus (2-3months) + Staff Purchase Discount
Location: Pioneer (Fishery Port Road)
Working Day: Mon - Fri, Alt Sat
Working Timing: 7am - 5pm, 7am - 12pm

Job duties:

• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.
• Lead, coach, and supervise delivery personnel to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Recruit and train delivery team members to support operational needs and staff development.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, delivery schedules, and route planning to optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze logistics data and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Prepare monthly fleet management reports to track performance and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular safety toolbox meetings and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across all fleet operations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in logistics or fleet operations within FMCG trading or related industries is highly preferred

• Strong hands-on experience in fleet planning, route optimization, vehicle scheduling, and operations management

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills applied to logistics challenges and operational planning

• Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage dynamic delivery schedules and resources

• Highly reliable and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Proficiency in logistics and fleet management systems (e.g., ERP Navision system) is a plus
