Responsibilities:

Pricing & Procurement

• Manage air freight pricing, including spot quotes, tariff, and contract rates.
• Procure and negotiate competitive rates, space, and capacity with airlines, GSAs, and partners.
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

Business Development & RFQ Management

• Develop competitive pricing strategies to support new business growth.
• Lead RFQs, tenders, and bids for new and existing customers.
• Partner with Sales to deliver pricing solutions that improve business win rates.
• Provide timely commercial pricing support to meet customer requirements.

Market Analysis

• Monitor market trends, freight rates, airline capacity, and competitor pricing.
• Identify pricing opportunities through market and cost analysis.

Carrier Management

• Build strong relationships with airlines, GSAs, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate carrier updates, surcharge changes, and optimize space allocation.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and overseas offices to align pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and maintain pricing systems and databases.
• Support pricing-related customer escalations and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing, Procurement, or Commercial Management
• Strong knowledge of airline pricing structures, capacity management, and global air freight market dynamics
• Experience in RFQ/RFP management and multinational customer accounts
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, pricing tools, and freight forwarding systems
