URGENT! Freight & Shipping Logistics Specialist 4days/week - From $2.8K (EAST)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for international shipments.

• Coordinate inbound materials and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transport providers.

• Prepare, review and process shipping documentation including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • Air Waybill (AWB)

  • Certificate of Origin

  • Customs documentation

• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics issues.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements and international trade regulations.

• Coordinate sea freight, air freight and courier shipments.

• Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Planning and Operations teams to support production schedules.

• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for logistics optimisation.

• Maintain accurate logistics records within ERP systems.

• Support inventory movements and warehouse coordination where required.

• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.

✅ Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or international logistics.

• Experience coordinating cross-border shipments is preferred.

• Familiar with sea freight, air freight and courier logistics.

• Able to converse in mandarin to lias with our partners from China

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

⏰ Work Schedule
• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Average 16 working days/month or 4 days/week
• Permanent Sunday Off/Rest

Example Shift Timing:
🌞 Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
