Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organized, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes, with a clear progression to a Warehouse Assistant role in the second year. 
Let’s Talk About The Role:

• Work closely with the Sales Department to support order fulfilment and stock availability.
• Follow company procedures for stock movement and documentation
• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and organizing stock
• Ensure inventory is kept neat, well-organized, and easily accessible
• Maintain high stock accuracy through proper handling and regular checks
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with delivery of goods to customers when required
• Operate forklift (preferred, if licensed)

Training & Development 

Year 1: Learn company logistics systems, warehouse processes, and stock management practices  

Year 2: Progress into Storekeeper role, taking on greater responsibility for inventory control and warehouse operations. 

Requirement:

• Basic warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Min N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any field
• Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Company Vehicle Provided)
• Forklift license is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with lifting, moving, and handling good
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
