Overall Responsibilities:

To assist the Operations Executive in picking and preparing the goods by store for delivery according to the system generated pick list. To assist in stock rotation FIFO, FEFO, Devanning of containers, placement of goods and general housekeeping.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving of incoming shipment for overseas and local suppliers;

• Perform put-away for incoming shipment using RF scanner;

• Perform replenishment of stock to pick face location;

• Pick/pre-stage goods by stores for delivery as per order picklist;

• Rotate stock – FIFO / FEFO;

• Unload of incoming containers;

• Daily housekeeping of warehouse facility;

• Maintain warehouse keeping in the DC as per Good Warehouse Practice;

• Basic quality inspection on product quality.

• Any other duties assigned by the immediate reporting officer or management;

• Perform general housekeeping duties such as clearing away packing material and debris;

• Record all location transfers to ensure accuracy of inventory;

• Perform cycle and annual stock count;

• Perform check on all Material Handling Equipment (forklift, reach truck, power truck);

• Any duties assign by Operation Executive or Management.

Requirements :

1 to 2 years experience in warehousing;

• Preferably with knowledge in Inventory Management;

• Some experience in stock keeping, receiving and picking; stock rotation – FIFO and general housekeeping

• With Forklift driving licence

• Ability to drive stacker /reach truck

• Computer literate is an advantage

• Committed to safe working

• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately

• Physically fit with good working attitude
