Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to engage in warehouse operations in Kaki Bukit, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, dispatch of goods, accurate inventory records, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain precise inventory records using inventory management systems to support stock accuracy and availability.
• Apply warehouse management principles to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
• Use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, to communicate and coordinate logistics activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and best practices.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma qualification (minimum)
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices

• Location: Kaki Bukit (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
