Warehouse Assistant

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role offers hands-on exposure across receiving, packing, inventory control, delivery coordination, and order fulfilment, with opportunities to build practical skills and grow into broader warehouse, logistics, or supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against relevant documents.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Ensure model numbers, quantities, packaging, and documentation are accurate before delivery.

• Assist with sorting, carton sealing, palletising, loading, unloading, and courier/lorry collection.

• Update stock movement records and support stock take, cycle counts, and inventory checks.

• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety requirements, and packing/dispatch procedures.

• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, or other issues promptly.

• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

• Able to carry out warehouse operational duties, including receiving, packing, loading and unloading goods.

• Responsible, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage, though training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
