Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Storing: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities, and safely store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders.
• Inventory Control: Maintain precise digital and physical stock records
• Equipment Operation: Safely handle warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift heavy packages.
• Digital Literacy: Basic computer skills and experience with systems and digital scanners.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for spotting damaged goods and preventing errors in product codes or shipping addresses.
• Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and meet strict daily dispatch deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
