Warehouse Assistant

Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero — the one who makes sure toys are safely stored, organized, and shipped out to bring happiness everywhere. You’ll keep the warehouse buzzing with energy and efficiency while being part of a fun-loving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving Goods: Assist in unloading, checking, and recording incoming shipments.

• Storage & Organization: Place items in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and arrangement.

• Order Picking: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Inventory Support: Conduct stock counts, report discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with warehouse standards.

• Team Collaboration: Support supervisors and colleagues in daily operations and special projects.
  

Requirements:

• Basic Computer skills is a must as candidate will need to use software like Microsoft Office, Epos, and Xero

• Analytical and logical, problem solving abilities

• Neat and tidy personality, good organization skills

• Strong team player with a high level of integrity.

• Positive, passionate, with a deep sense of responsibility & commitment

• Good communication skills
  

Other work information:

• Warehouse location in Joo Koon

• 5-day / 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, Saturday half day rotating)

• Basic $2,100.00 to $2,250.00 + OT per month
