We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Warehouse Assistant to keep our fulfillment operations running smoothly behind the scenes!

The Role

As our Warehouse Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily logistics. You will be responsible for managing our inventory of robotics tools and educational kits, ensuring that every customer receives the right items on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Order Management: Monitor incoming orders across our various online platforms in real-time.

• Pick & Pack: Accurately prepare, pack, and label orders for both courier delivery and customer collection.

• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.

• Standard Warehouse Duties: Handle the receiving and unloading of incoming shipments, organize stock safely on the shelves, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

• Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate smoothly with our delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch of all outgoing goods.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment role is an advantage.

• Tech-savvy enough to comfortably navigate computer systems and e-commerce platforms to process daily orders.

• Strong attention to detail—shipping the exact right educational kits matters!

• Physically fit and comfortable handling standard warehouse tasks, including moving boxes and arranging stock.

• A responsible, independent, and collaborative team player.
