Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Inventory / Class 3)

• Position: Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Inventory / Class 3)
• Location: Near Joo Koon MRT
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate experience): Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturer of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors – MNC

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth workshop operations and ensure accountability of incoming and outgoing products.
• Perform timely verification and unpacking of incoming shipments.
• Ensure proper packing and labelling of outgoing deliveries and shipments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist in loading, unloading and securing goods for transportation.
• Ensure proper documentation of products issued for repair or field service.
• Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping activities.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.
• Perform delivery and collection of products to and from customers, suppliers and external warehouses in a safe and timely manner.
• Coordinate with external warehouses on inventory movement.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and able to perform delivery duties safely.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or delivery support will be an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Able to support loading and unloading duties with proper handling methods when required.
• Forklift licence will be an advantage.
