Warehouse Assistant (Forklift, 5.5 days work) / East Loyang)

Our Client is one of a leader in the Global Logistics & Supply Chain Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a warehouse assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - Loyang area.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming goods including unpacking, sorting, and decanting of boxes.
• Support daily stock movement activities including receiving, issuing, and internal bin-to-bin transfers.
• Pick and retrieve priority parts to ensure timely dispatch to required destinations.
• Perform loading and unloading activities for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock location records and ensure inventory accuracy in the system.
• Carry out basic warehouse housekeeping (5S) to ensure a clean and organised work environment.
• Conduct daily checks and monitoring of storage conditions, including humidity tracking where required.
• Assist in ad-hoc retrieval of parts, packaging materials, and returns processing.
• Support audit preparation and ensure proper documentation and warehouse readiness.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Perform ad-hoc projects/initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Min O-level or relevant studies
• Basic computer literacy with ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Able to perform physical work including lifting, loading, and movement of goods
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Able to work in a structured warehouse environment with shift or 5.5-day work arrangement
