Warehouse Coordinator

Job Scope

• Key in warehouse data into Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and on time
• Keep inventory system updated daily
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers
• Support cycle count, monthly and yearly stock take
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents and records
• Arrange daily picking, packing, and transport coordination
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Working Hours (Rotating Shift)

Day Shift:

• Mon – Fri: 7:45am – 4:45pm
• Sat: 7:45am – 11:45am

Night Shift:

• Mon – Fri: 4:00pm – 10:30pm OR 4:15pm – 1:00am
• Sat: Off

Salary

• Basic Salary $2,500 – $2,700/month
• Night shift allowance ($7–$9/day)
• Estimated Gross: $2,700 – $2,900

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary / O-Level education
• At least 2 years warehouse experience
• Experience in warehouse operations / coordination preferred
• Able to use Microsoft Excel & Word
• VNA / Stacker / Forklift experience is an advantage
• Able to work rotating shifts
