Warehouse Coordinator - Ubi

• Monday - Saturday: 10AM - 6.30PM
• Location: Ubi

A regional distributor and supply chain solutions provider specializing in electronic components and industrial materials across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials accurately.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

• Conduct stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners.

• Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch materials according to requirements.

• Prepare and maintain shipping, inventory, and logistics documentation.

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier providers.

• Assist in resolving shipment and inventory-related issues.

• Support administrative duties, including cheque handling and document submission.

• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

• Generate inventory, shipment, and operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions.

• Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

• Experience in inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and stock control processes.

• Experience within the electronics components, industrial distribution, or related industries is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Singapore warehouse and logistics practices.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
