Warehouse Executive

The Warehouse Executive supports daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth operational workflow, timely order fulfilment, accurate inventory handling, and a safe and organised warehouse environment. This role requires a hands-on individual who can coordinate operational activities, support warehouse processes, and work closely with the warehouse team to maintain efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations &Coordination
• Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities and operational workflow to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Take initiative in resolving operational issues and supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Support warehouse housekeeping and maintain clean and organised operational areas.

Inventory Management & System Support
• Support inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Update and maintain warehouse transactions in the ERP/WMS system including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Assist in supporting the implementation and operational transition to the new ERP/WMS system.
• Support warehouse layout improvement and storage organisation to optimise operational efficiency and space utilisation.

Safety, Compliance & Operational Support
• Support compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflow andefficiency.

 Requirements
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or relevant warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments.
• Familiar with inventory systems, WMS, ERP platforms, or warehouse operational processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
• Preferably possess a valid forklift licence
