Warehouse Executive

• 5-Day Work Week: Mondays –Fridays , 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Location: West (Tuas)
• Basic Salary: Up to S$3,500 (commensurate with experience)

A leading logistics service provider is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, customer service functions, inventory control, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
• Liaise with customers via email and telephone regarding documentation, administration matters, and issue resolution
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery according to operational requirements
• Track and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved for all incoming and outgoing warehouse activities
• Process customer billing and invoices accurately and promptly
• Extract, compile and analyse operational data and reports using Microsoft Office applications
• Promote workplace safety and communicate safety-related information to the team
• Conduct regular stock audits, inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop, review and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Implement corrective actions to address operational and performance issues
• Support quality assurance initiatives to ensure goods and processes meet required standards

Job Requirements:

• Min, Diploma qualification
• Min. 3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience
• Hands-on experience as aWarehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership capacity is advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
