Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the operation team to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Manage Warehouse inbound/outbound stocks inventory and maintains database accuracy

• Ensure accurate receipt of items in accordance with established SOPs and protocol

• Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operationeffectively

• Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, issuing ofgoods for deliveries to logistic team

• Submit daily inventory report to update the inventorystatus to sales team/ production team/ procurement team

• Conduct monthly stock-take exercise and perform dailyinventory data entry in system

• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment

• Stuffing, Unstuffing, Restacking, labeling of products as needed

• Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns

• Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly

• Performs other related or ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum CGE “O” level / Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline

• Preferably to possess class 3 driving license

• At least 5 years relevant work experience

• Good working knowledge of MS Office application – Outlook, Excel, Word

• Experience in using WMS system

• Able to work independent, responsible as a team player

• Possess good communication skills both written and verbal
