Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and manages Singapore warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery between Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming supplies to ensure accurate reconciliation with purchase orders
• Conduct daily and weekly stock checks, initiate replenishment requests to maintain optimal stock levels, and monitor daily stock movements
• Perform comprehensive inventories and weekly cycle counts, updating daily material consumption in the system to maintain accurate inventory records
• Verify that quantities received match delivery orders and that materials meet quality standards
• Confirm that components and accessories issued to production align precisely with picking lists
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and transporters to prevent delivery delays for outgoing shipments
• Implement and maintain safe warehouse practices by identifying hazards and recommending procedural improvements
• Support the oversight of Singapore warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Assist in leading and supporting a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
• Execute additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment (from "Minimum 3 years of work experience in warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.")
• Diploma in any field (from "Minimum a Diploma in any field.")

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using warehouse management software (from "Experience in warehouse management software.")
• Knowledge of Material Resources Planning (from "Experience in Material Resources Planning will be an added advantage.")
• Basic knowledge of bar-coding procedures (from "Possess a basic knowledge of bar-coding procedures。")
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (from "Proficient in MS Office applications.")
