Warehouse Executive (Tuas/MNC/Pharmaceutical)

• Managed daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, and goods distribution to support operational efficiency.

• Conducted inventory counts, maintained accurate records, and prepared inventory and operational reports to ensure stock accuracy.

• Coordinated material requirements planning, procurement activities, and supplier communications to support timely replenishment of inventory.

• Maintained warehouse safety, housekeeping standards, and equipment management to ensure a well-organized and compliant working environment.

• Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or related fields

• Proficient in computer applications with bilingual capability, proactive and responsible work attitude, strong communication and execution skills, and preferably a valid forklift operator license.

Additional Information:

• Up to $4800

• Located in Tuas

• Company Transport Provided

• Ability to communicate in Chinese to support work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
