Warehouse Lead

Basic Salary Range: SGD 3,400 – 4,500/month
Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
Annual Bonus: 5%
Shift Allowance:
Day Shift: SGD 150/month
Night Shift: SGD 300/month
Work Pattern: Shift work required

Job Scope
▪ Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
▪ Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.
▪ Conduct daily team briefings and provide performance updates and reports.
▪ Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices.
▪ Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives.
▪ Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.
▪ Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross-functional warehouse operations.
▪ Provide backup support to supervisors as required.
▪ Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
▪ Collaborate with production and other departments to support operational requirements.
▪ Perform any other duties assigned by management.
▪ Able to work on rotating shifts, permanent night shifts, or other shift arrangements as required by operational needs.

Requirement
▪ Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production operations.
▪ Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and workplace safety.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
▪ Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
▪ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. ▪ Physically able to perform operational duties when required.
▪ Secondary school education or equivalent preferred.
