Warehouse Lead- Tampines I Work Shifts

Role Overview

Lead warehouse associates to achieve daily operational targets while ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and smooth warehouse operations. This role serves as the frontline warehouse leader, supporting manpower coordination, team development, operational improvements, and cross-functional warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor warehouse activities and service levels.
• Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
• Escalate operational issues and risks when necessary.

Team Leadership

• Conduct daily toolbox/team briefings.
• Provide operational updates and reports.
• Guide associates on warehouse procedures and work instructions.
• Support attendance tracking and manpower coordination.

Training & Development

• Train and coach warehouse team members.
• Support employee development initiatives.
• Promote operational best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in new project implementation.
• Support cross-functional warehouse operations.
• Provide backup support to supervisors.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain warehouse safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support housekeeping and workplace organization practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Production Operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable performing operational duties when required.
• Able to work rotating or permanent night shifts.
