Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves leading the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and stock takes.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety, health, and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare warehouse reports, performance metrics, and inventory analyses for management review.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in logistic management
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
