Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of goods. This role leads a team of warehouse staff, ensures compliance with safety and operational standards, and supports timely service delivery in line with Crown Worldwide’s operational excellence and values.

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, stock checks, and system updates.
• Monitor workflow and productivity to meet operational targets and service timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, including high‑value or sensitive items where applicable.

People & Team Supervision

• Allocate tasks and supervise warehouse staff across shifts.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance on safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and work performance.
• Support coaching, performance improvement, and team development.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, audit requirements, and customer standards.
• Investigate incidents or operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, space utilisation, and work processes.
• Support operational initiatives, system usage, and process improvements.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare operational reports on productivity, inventory status, and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for warehouse operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising frontline or blue‑collar teams.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills (warehouse systems, reporting, MS Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Forklift licence or relevant safety certifications.
