Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

• Create automated reports for Operations view and maintenance of the reports.
• Quarter end shipment report / POD reconciliation for Finance revenue recognition.
• Maintenance and enhancement of Cycle Count tools.
• Develop and maintenance Satellite application for process error proofing by interfacing with the current ERP systems like Oracle / Exceed.
• Develop and maintain automated alert system for critical indices to be monitored.
• Develop new systems or enhanced existing that better supports Logistic Warehouse operations.
• Fast Paced working environment.
• Able to meet target.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years experience in warehouse supervisory role.
• Candidate with experience in semiconductor warehouse or similar environment will have an added advantage.
• Understand the roles, business and functions such as engineering, operation, planning, customer service and logistic of a fabless semiconductor company
• Familiar with Unix, Linux and Windows systems and programming environment.
• Familiar with computer networks such as setting up application servers.
• Familiar with SQL programming, work with mainly MySQL, MariaDB and Oracle.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel manipulation/formula/pivot/charts/analysis

Additional Information:

• 5.5 days work/ 44 hrs per week.
