Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners on deliveries and shipments.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Forklift licence/certification is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle operational demands.
