Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to work closely with your team members to ensure efficient daily receipt of goods and shipments to customers, inventory control and timely support for operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse/store personnel, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipments to customers.
• Adopt a hands-on approach in supporting daily warehouse activities alongside supervisory duties.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all inventory movements (inbound, outbound, transfers, and returns).
• Establish and maintain a proper filing and record system to ensure traceability of all warehouse documents.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout, including racking systems, to maximize storage capacity and accessibility.
• Allocate storage space effectively for incoming shipments, including bulky and heavy-duty components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Proficient in inventory systems eg. ERP system or others.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and documentation processes.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to maintaining high accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
