Job Summary

Achieve high customer satisfaction by accurately receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods. Measure and report warehousing activity effectiveness and employee performance. Plan and follow optimal routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and passengers. Verify all paperwork and documentation before transport.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods to confirm accuracy and quality before storage or dispatch
• Identify and sort goods efficiently to maintain organized inventory and facilitate quick retrieval
• Dispatch goods and passengers on time by planning and following the best delivery routes
• Assure quality standards are met throughout receiving, handling, and delivery processes
• Measure warehousing activities and employee performance using relevant metrics and report findings to management
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all necessary paperwork and documentation before transporting goods and passengers
