Logistics Supervisor / Team Lead

$3,000 – $4,000 per month + AWS

Working Days:

5.5 Days work week. 8:30am to 6:00pm / 8:30am to 1:00pm

Working location: East

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee picking, packing, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment.

• Manage receiving and dispatch of goods accurately and on time.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock take.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of warehouse activities.

• Enforce workplace safety standards and operational procedures.

• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet KPIs.

• Resolve operational issues and handle escalations when required.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics, customer service) for smooth workflow.

• Train and guide new staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Candidate with valid forklift license is added advantage.
