Warehouse Supervisor/Yard IC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily yard operations, including:

  • Transfer of deformed bars from temporary yards to leased storage areas.

  • Sorting and organizing deformed bar sizes within the leased area.

  • Loading deformed bars onto trailers for delivery.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper control of all incoming and outgoing stock movements.

• Ensure all SOPs, Risk Assessments, and operational procedures are current, compliant, and effectively implemented.

• Coordinate closely with the Production Centre, Material Request team, and staff stationed at 22 Tanjong Kling.

• Liaise with Jurong Port personnel and service providers to support day-to-day operational requirements.

• Support contingency operations by operating forklifts for loading and unloading wire rods at 22 Tanjong Kling when required.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.

• Experience in logistics coordination, inventory control, or project coordination will be an advantage.

• Valid forklift licence is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety.

• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
