Job Summary

You will manage administrative documentation and perform physical stock verification of aviation parts, coordinating between the main office and warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and support maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipping paperwork to verify delivery orders against packing slips and update the logistics database daily
• Travel to the off-site warehouse to locate aviation parts, verify inventory, and securely repack components
• Conduct physical cycle counts and on-site stock checks to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Print packing lists, prepare shipping labels, and track critical aircraft parts to ensure zero downtime for maintenance teams
• Communicate effectively with office management, warehouse personnel, freight forwarders, and local couriers via phone and email to coordinate logistics activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum O-Levels, N-Levels, ITE Nitec, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics roles involving data entry, logistics administration, or warehouse coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email applications
• Willingness and ability to travel between office and warehouse during work hours; possession of own transport (Class 2A license) is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication skills to facilitate coordination between multiple locations

• Location: Based in Office (Changi Business Park) with travel to Warehouse (Changi)
• Job Type: Full-Time (Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
