3PL Logistics Coordinator(Lead)-Pioneer/Jurong

Job summary:
The role involves overseeing a team of logistic coordinator associates, directing logistics operational functions including customer service, trucking coordination, and the creation and upkeep of operational documents, reports, correspondence, and expenses. Additionally, it involves supporting the Supervisor in daily office activities and customer communications.

Responsibilities
• Lead a team of coordinator associates to offer administrative assistance to the Operations
• Manage order processing and maintain records, reports, files, correspondence, plans, and expenses for all operations
• Aid in coordinating and preparing essential documentation for cargo movement.
• Conduct tracking and tracing functions, as well as assist in daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications
• Collaborate with external parties to ensure the smooth expedited shipment of goods.
• Correspond with customers and address their inquiries.
• Manage any other ad-hoc or administrative duties

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Logistics industry

• Previous experience in managing a team (consists of associate,storekeeper etc)
• Strong understanding and proficiency in logistics operations areas, including distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, and materials management
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
