6723 - Operation Executive [ Air freight Incoterms ]

Position: Operation Executive
Working Location: Pasir Ris
Working Hours: 9am – 6 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range:$3,000 -$3,500

Job Responsibilities

• Daily operations for Air freight (Export & Import)
• To process all types of import & outward permits including preparation of export documentations
• Support in arranging import shipments & delivery arrangements
• Liaising with External and Internal Stakeholders for shipment status and handling
• To be responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels
• Monitor storage utilization levels for various storage systems
• Organize transportation activities, update inventory, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
• Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
• Filing of documents
• Other assignment assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding with the understanding of incoterms will be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
