Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics (Airfreight)
• Position Title: Airfreight Documentation Officer (Import / Export)
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 2 PM – 10 PM, Sat Half Day)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks for air freight operations, both for exports and imports.
• Update data according to airline specifications and label cargo when needed.
• Print AWBs and produce all necessary documentation.
• Update electronic air waybills (FWB), house manifests (FHL), and pre-lodge cargo with SATS.
• Schedule air cargo space with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and international agents.
• Provide guidance and support for air cargo operations.
• Help organize import shipments and plan their delivery.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
