Assistant Shipping Manager Pioneer Up to $4,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer rapport.
2. Communicate and follow up on shipment statuses with customers.
3. Understand and monitor individual customer processes and KPIs.
4. Comply with company vision, mission, SOP, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301).
5. Achieve IMS policy and objectives.
6. Collaborate with superiors to improve departmental processes.
7. Lead and supervise team members, manage leave schedules, and assign back-up buddies.
8. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with various departments.
9. Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer and company requirements.
10. Perform order processing, permit declaration, shipping documentation, and payment services.
11. Coordinate transportation, warehouse, and depot operations.
12. Generate and provide required reports and maintain proper documentation.
13. Prepare billing and ensure accurate transmission of charges.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics or 3 years of logistics experience preferred.
2. Fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
4. Team player, proactive, self-motivated, and responsible.
5. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Knowledge of PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet is an advantage.
