Customer Service Executive (Logistics Shipping)

• 6 to 12 months Contract Role (Flexible)
• Well Established Company
• Salary Range: $ 2500 to $ 3500
• Working location: East, Singapore
• Working hours: Normal Working Hours (Mon – Fri)
• Training Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrangement / coordination / monitoring of ocean shipments
• Administer logistics and shipping documents (BL, COO, invoice, packing list, marine cargo insurance and etc.)
• Liaise with licensed warehouses, carrier / freight forwarder to ensure smooth import / export / cross-trade operations
• Handle permit declaration if needed
• Answering phone calls, correspondence through email
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Diploma holders and above
• Knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
