Field Support Logistic Officer/Executive

Location: 119 Airport Cargo Rd, Megaplex, Singapore 819454

Job description:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing various aspect of logistis and transport operations
• Overseeing transport operation which includes manage LSP relationships, negotiating and ensuring to meet customer/sales requirements
• Leading and managing a team providing guidance, coaching and support.
• Supervising warehouse operations, including orders, inventory control, storage and loading bay planning
• Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) to assess LSP's performance.
• Handling VNJ shipments to Indonesia (Booking via Air & Sea LCL/FCL, Certificate of Origin, Cargo Inventory, Liase with DGR team)
• In-charge of Colorcon warehouse (Monitor Inbound & Outbound shipment, Stock up warehouse supplies, Monthly report, Monthly billing)

• Assigned as company's First Aider
• Safety Managemennt Officer (SMO)
• Fire Warden
• Part of BCP team
• Handle ac-hoc shipments

Job Requirements:

• Preferably minimum 1-3 years related experience in Logistic background
• Candidate possess minimum Diploma in Operation Management/Supply Chain)
