Job Description

• Position Title: Inventory Management Executive
• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 6 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts by comparing physical stocktake to the system and address any abnormalities detected.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure reconciliation.
• Determine and account for slow-moving and obsolete stocks in store.
• Track near-expiry stocks and report them to the MD.
• Efficiently manage reconciliation of damaged and ageing stocks.
• Effectively handle store transfers and stock adjustments.
• Review workflows and collaborate with relevant departments to implement preventive measures for reducing stock loss.
• Timely resolution of any inventory issues.
• Prepare and submit the Weekly Inventory Report to the MD.
• Provide assistance during internal and external annual audit stocktake.
• Fulfill other ad hoc projects or responsibilities as required.

• At least NITEC with minimum 2 years of related working experience.

• Proficient with Navision will be an advantage.
