Brief Summary:

• Basic $6500 - $8000 (Depends on experience) + $1000 Transport Allowance (With own transport)
• Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Working location: Penjuru lane (Two way Company transport at Jurong East MRT)
• Permanent role + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Foster strong client (Supermarket like Fairprice, Sheng Siong) relationships, proposing tailored solutions for satisfaction.
• Drive growth through strategic account plans and revenue optimization.
• Serve as primary client contact, resolving issues and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to meet client expectations seamlessly.
• Negotiate contracts, meet deadlines, and supervise merchandising teams.
• Strategize new product launches and adapt to market dynamics.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and provide regular sales reports.

Job Requirements:

• x`At least diploma / degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Modern Trade
• Proven experience in key account management
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as CRM software
