Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Printer
• Position Title: Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Officer
• Working Location: East – Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.00 am – 5.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with delivery and courier services to ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Keep internal teams informed about shipping and logistics activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics records.
• Create packing labels and assist the packing team as needed.
• Complete tasks for job costing and organize print samples.
• Streamline logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

• Diploma or Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
• Good understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures and industry compliance standards
