LOGISTICS COORDINATOR CLEMENTI UP TO $3,000 AWS

Job Description:

• Coordinate the allocation of products for inventory to keep warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
• Coordinate shipments for delivery, including managing necessary personnel, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise.
• Analyze and optimize the company’s logistics processes.
• In charge of lorries deployment for customer orders.
• Responsible for preparing delivery orders and ensuring correct goods loading to lorries.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions.
• Generate reports on good delivery and inventory stock count.
• Ensure completion of work tasks for month-end closure activities.
• Participate in annual/cycle stock counts and ensure adherence to established processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/ supply chain operations will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, customer-focus, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Preferred with Autocount experience.
• Able to perform competently with minimal or no supervision.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Familiar with Singapore routes.
• Singaporean only.

Additional Information:

• Training will be provided.
• Working hours: 7.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday).
• Transport provided from Jurong East MRT pick-up point
