Logistics Coordinator (Import / Export)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare packing invoices and arrange shipments overseas
• Ensuring compliance with company regulations.
• Implement and monitor import/export policies and procedures in accordance with relevant Customs Acts and authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters related to regulatory and licensing changes in exporting countries.
• Establish and maintain best practices for documenting and controlling all export-controlled items within the company, maintaining complete records for audits.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience and expertise in the Singapore Strategic Goods (Control) Act and U.S. Export Control Regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.).
• Experience in export controls within technology systems or regulated tech industries.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
