Job Description

• Position Title: Logistics Coordinator (Port/ Marine Operation)
• Working Location: Jurong Port Road
• Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 8 am - 5 pm (Irregular work hours depending on schedule)
• Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute workforce and equipment to ensure smooth operations for unloading barges and vessels.
• Monitor the daily procedures of the arrival and departure timings of barges and vessels.
• Engage with port authorities to guarantee efficient operation and collaboration.
• Conduct daily documentation and report on logistics activities for barges and vessels.
• Monitor warehouse inventory ensuring optimal supply of goods for delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with the truck teams to secure transportation of company goods.
• Manage and ensure the safety of our workforce at work.
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment are consistently ready and operational.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, adapting to the port operations' 24/7 schedule.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred (Company vehicle provided for work usage).
