Logistics Executive / Warehouse Executive (WMS / Manufacturing / Production)

• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management systems (WMS) or databases
• Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle paperwork related to inventory counts, returns, and discrepancies
• Oversee the inventory of raw materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for production needs
• Manage inventory of completed orders, organizing and optimizing storage for efficient retrieval and shipment
• Maintain accurate records of online goods inventory, ensuring alignment with sales demands
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Support inventory control procedures, including labeling, tagging, and organizing stock locations
• Ensure products are packaged efficiently and securely
• Collaborate with teams to optimize packaging procedures, minimizing waste and ensuring quality
• Oversee packaging material inventory, managing stock levels and procurement as necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec / Diploma qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
