Logistics & Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle packing of lesson materials in an orderly manner
• Check for school outlets' Purchase Order (PO) and arrange for delivery, issue Delivery Order (DO) to them
• Update stock quantity on Logistic System
• Conduct monthly stock take
• Do testing on electronic lesson materials
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Able to read, write and communicate in both Mandarin and English (liaise with Mandarin associates)
• Familiar / Knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin (to check on Mandarin Lesson materials)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
