Logistics / Warehouse Executive x 2 (Warehousing / West / 5 Days)

• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:45pm (Monday – Friday)

• Working location at Gul Circle

• Company transport provided at Jurong East & Serangoon MRT

• AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Scope

• Lead and drive operation team to meet organization goals
• Manage overseas vendors and drive them to meet their performance KPIs
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders
• Collection of performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement
• Closely follow up on customer's request and pay attention on customer's requirements
• Closely monitor and follow up on transiting shipments
• Continuously review on process flow and search for areas of opportunity for improvement
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior/manager

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or other relevant discipline
• 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Warehousing / Store Management
