Management Trainee

With our tremendous growth, we are required on a continuous basis to create opportunities for the next generation. The successful candidate(s) will be going through a 12-months training programme in various functions and business units. Upon completion of the training program, he/she will be assigned to a permanent position depending on the individual potential.

Responsibilities:

• Attach to different entities and work alongside with different products/departments head for hands-on training
• Understand the complete logistics value chain in distribution, warehousing & freight forwarding
• Write up on the learning after each attachment
• Look for areas for improvement with logical approach and suggest for improvement
• Work with individuals and lead on the assigned projects implementation (if any)
• Measurement of improvement with visible/tangible results
• Graduate Management Trainee will be placed in the suitable function/division depending on the individual performance during the training/attachment
• Any other jobs / projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline. Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint etc)
• Able to do presentation and speak confidently well in English
• Positive working attitude, self-starter and good interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Please note that candidates will need to go through few rounds of interview sessions. Only successful candidates passing through all rounds of interviews sessions will be qualified for the offer of employment.
